This draft summarises how the Arshi Fit try-on service treats personal data. It will be replaced by the reviewed policy before launch.

Shopper photos

Shoppers agree before they add a photo. Photos and try on results are deleted within 24 hours, or sooner when the shopper deletes them. Brand staff cannot view shopper photos.

What brands see

Brands see counts and ratings: how many try ons each item gets, thumbs up or down, and whether shoppers said they would buy. No names or photos.
